Anau. As well as managing the restaurant,
you will also be required to work on the bar
and take on duty shifts. As we have other
restaurants within our chain, you may be
required to relocate at short notice.
The successful applicant will have
management experience and a history
of working within a busy food-based
environment. A general manager s licence
would be an advantage as well as proven
knowledge of cashing up/ oating and sta
management. The applicant should have a
good sense of humour and be able to work
well under pressure as the season is fast-
paced but also exciting and dynamic.
